Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping worldwide to select countries seen at checkout. Free standard shipping is covered in all countries.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Order Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 4-5 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and other factors. Any delivery dates provided by Carbon Conceptz Ltd.

Order Tracking:

Damaged or Missing Items:

If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the packaging it arrived in. This will help us assess the situation and determine the best course of action.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Please refer to our checkout page for the list of countries we ship to. Some products may be restricted from international shipping due to import regulations or carrier restrictions.

Refund/Return/Exchange

At LipMag, we strive to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please have the receipt or proof of purchase available for processing.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your refund efficiently. Provide details of your order, including the order number, the product affected, and a brief description of the issue.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
